This special volume consists of the second four episodes of the Backroads series.

Episode #5 "The Golden Triangle" Host William Marcus takes you to Montana's Golden Triangle in North Central Montana. Features include Dana Boussard's Stain Glass Windows in Choteau, an Ostrich Ranch in Hingham, the Hi-Line Theatre in Rudyard and Carl Mehmke's Steam Engine Museum near Great Falls. We also visit a pet cemetery near Great Falls and take a look at Priest Butte near Choteau. Finally, we tour the Lewis and Clark Caverns near Cardwell.

Episode #6 "Scobey to West Yellowstone" Featuring the Prairie Symphonette, Butte's Pork Chop John's, a bailing twine teepee near Wise River and fly-fishing on the Madison River.

Episode #7 "Havre to Hamilton" This program features Havre Beneath the Streets, Pitchfork Fondue in Chinook, the Shiniest Oldsmobile on Earth in Butte and Hamilton's jazz pianist Jean Wrobel.

Episode #8 "The Badlands" The Badlands begins with a trip to the Cameron Gallery in Terry, MT. Other stories include a stop at Makoshika State Park near Glendive with dinosaur hunter "Doc" Hiatt, a visit to the Medicine Rocks near Ekalaka, the craftsmanship of a saddle maker and a conversation with a pair of Wibaux homesteading pioneers. We finish up the show by joining a trio of Ryegate retirees who have combined woodworking and bird watching along Highway 12. The program originates from Ulm Pishkun State Park near Great Falls, MT.
